Our company was founded in 1990 and has been dealing with urban and spatial planning in the capital and in many parts of Hungary ever since. Our founding members are highly acknowledged professionals, who have previously worked for the Pest County Planning Company (PESTTERV) and the Hungarian Urban Planning Institute (VÁTI).

We are specialized in spatial and urban planning, such as land-use and regulation plans, and also city development documents and studies. In addition to planning and design, our lead planners are continuously working as experts on various topics related to urban planning. During the years our company made significant achievements in laying the groundwork for the rehabilitation of historic downtowns, housing estates and industrial areas, and also in regulating the land-use of the outskirt areas of Budapest.

Our clientele includes administration institutes - municipalities and ministries - and also private companies, real estate developers and industrial investors. The company regularly conducts spatial and urban planning projects in several districts in Budapest and its satellite area, but we have worked and are engaged in many other areas of the country. In many cases, our clients maintain a continuous working relationship with us through new assignments as a feedback of high quality work, so today our permanent partners include several municipalities and corporate clients.

Our companys activity covers all areas of spatial and urban planning. During our many years of work, we have been working on different types of plans in many settlements, downtowns and suburbs, as well as metropolitan areas and whole regions. Our client list includes both governmental and business clients, such as industrial companies, property investors, local and national governmental institutions, etc.
